A quarter beef is a great option for families who want a variety of high-quality beef without needing as much freezer space as a half or whole animal. A quarter share typically includes a balanced mix of ground beef, steaks, roasts, stew meat, and other available cuts.

This deposit reserves your quarter beef share. The remaining balance will be due once the final hanging weight is available.
Quarter shares are typically a balanced split of the animal. Customers who purchase by July 29th may still have the option to provide cut preferences, depending on processor timing and how the animal is divided.
Organ meat is not included with quarter beef shares. Suet is retained by the farm.
Farm pickup is expected unless other arrangements have been discussed ahead of time.
